Pack Your Items
Carefully place the unworn items and the original packing slip inside the shipping box, ensuring the product box is protected.
Attach the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy as we process your refund or exchange.
